we had a premium city view room. daily housekeeping ensured fresh water and replenished coffee pods. the excellent food selection at the buffet included a nice variety of salads and vegetables. the banoffee dessert stood out as particularly delicious.
i experienced some delays when waiting for the lifts. this was a bit inconvenient during peak times.

the rooftop pool was a highlight it had a great view. i appreciated the beach access it was convenient.
the lifts were quite slow there were often long waits. the room cleaning was inconsistent it was sometimes late in the day.

i found the breakfast selections to be AMAZING. the rooftop pool offers a wonderful place to unwind. jerry and putri assisted with transportation arrangements , which i APPRECIATED.
the initial room i was assigned was QUITE small. using the bathroom with two people proved impossible because of the door's swing. i needed to upgrade and pay extra to get a DECENT room.

I was pleased with the housekeeping service. Fresh water was provided daily, along with coffee pod refills. The one bedroom apartment included two bathrooms. A fully fitted kitchen also featured a washing machine and full sized fridge. Checkout was very smooth and the taxi services were flawless.
I found noise from the street noticeable, even with the balcony door closed.

Staff members are cute and friendly. Housekeepers check door indicators throughout the day. Dikshya and Karem helped me find my bag I lost. Putri and Bucky helped with a super smooth checkout process.

It was very convenient here. i additionally loved the clean, comfortable rooms. the high quality of service provided by the staff was also appreciated. the structure of the hotel is optimal. the pool offered an very nice view.

The staff quickly assisted with taxi arrangements at the entrance of the hotel. This service was efficient. check-out was smooth with assistance from ivan, sophia, and rodrigo and the staff was very kind. excellent hospitality.

The rooms were spacious, very comfy and tidy offering fierce air conditioning. i found it easy to turn it off when not needed. the apartment upgrade was a nice surprise and the aircon was excellent. It worked effectively.
